Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, to another edition of the Straight Talk podcast with your host, former Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke. I'm going to name this podcast, this edition, the You've Gotta Be Kidding Me edition. Ladies and gentlemen, what we have been through as a nation, just in the last, I don't know, two to three weeks, Has been profound. We went from former president Donald Trump and Republican nominee for president of the United States getting shot. Then we had this, this coup, this bloodless coup that happened in the Democrat party as they forced Joe Biden. out of the race Yes, he was forced out of the race. I, and neither do you, nor does anybody else other than Joe Biden and the people that, that threatened him. We don't know what transpired, but he went from a Saturday ago, actually two Saturdays ago, saying he was in, he was all in, recovering from COVID. But he said, I'm in, I'm looking forward to getting back on the campaign trail as soon as the doctors clear me. That was on a Saturday. 24 hours later, less than, he pulls out. I mean, ladies and gentlemen, that doesn't pass the smell test. And true to form, there's just something sleazy about the way Democrats as a party do business. It's just slimy. Now we went through an entire primary season. All 50 states held a primary for their candidate for President of the United States. Joe Biden won. Joe Biden got 14 million votes, I think I heard. Raised an ungodly amount of money. The nomination was his. That's why he dug himself in when he was being pressured to pull out. Those are his delegates. All he had to do was show up at the convention in Chicago and wait until they take the roll, and those delegates were committed to him. How can the Democrats, after all of that? We went through the primary season. How can the Democrats now just decide to change the rules in the middle of the game again? They're good at this. And that's why this is the first, you know, issue of you got to be kidding me. They forced him out, selected Kamala Harris. Everybody pledged their support for her. She wasn't in the primary. As a matter of fact, last time she was in a primary, she ran for president in 2020. She didn't make it to Iowa. She dropped out before Iowa, before the first caucus or primary, but in Iowa, it's a caucus, She dropped out. She didn't get one delegate in 2020. So how now does she just come along and they just give all these delegates to her?? There's, there's, something's not right here. Forget about the legality and all that crap. I think the thing that gets me is The most is that the voters and the Democrat party, they don't seem to care. This process was aborted. The process was hijacked by a few elite leaders in the Democrat party behind the scenes. It was hijacked and it just turned over to Kamala Harris. She would, she would, she was not in the primary. And the other thing that I can't believe is I can't believe there's not one state. These are 50 States held a primary. Separate one, separate, some on the same day, you know, like super Tuesday, but each state holds a primary and, you know, she, like I said, she wasn't in the primaries, but I can't believe one state, not one state will stand up and protect their election laws and their election integrity, you know, all the primary, Joe Biden won, he gets the delegates, the integrity of the primary, I can't believe there's not one state, you know, That doesn't say, not so fast, we held a primary here, Joe Biden won. If Joe Biden wants to pull out, he can pull out, but then you're gonna have to hold a primary again. You can't just give those delegates away, because Joe doesn't want to run. You know, if, if, if they had any integrity, the Democrat Party, and those two words should never be used in the same sentence, Democrat Party and integrity, they would have gone to Chicago. In an open convention, a brokered primary, uh, I'm sorry, convention. Fight it out on the floor. If they had any integrity, but again, the Democrat voters don't seem to care. You know, we, we always hear about how sacred the vote is, especially from the Democrats, they disenfranchised 14 million voters, 14 million, and nobody dare raise their hand and say, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, I voted for Joe Biden, I didn't vote for Kamala Harris. But I still can't believe that once, especially one of the swing states, that they don't stand up and go, Nah, you've perverted the election process in this state. We held the primary, whether it be Arizona, whether it be Georgia, whether it be Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and say, No, no, no, no, no. I know those are blue states. Well, other than, actually Wisconsin and Arizona are purple states. But I still can't believe some red states, Does it say, wait, wait a minute, in this red state, we still had X amount of people go and vote for a Democrat, and they're, they've been disenfranchised. You can't do this, and have an ugly fight over it. Now, maybe we'll still get that. I'm not holding out hope, but maybe before the convention, somebody will stand up. Some state, some state with their election laws, their election commission says, no, you can't do this. It stinks to high heaven. These people didn't vote for Kamala Harris. They voted for Joe Biden. Joe Biden didn't die. Joe Biden has not been, uh, ruled as incompetent or incapable of, of, uh, running for president because that would have created a bigger mess. And I wouldn't doubt, like I said, I don't know, I wouldn't doubt if they threatened the, uh, constitutional amendment that allows them, you know, in the, VP gets together with the cabinet and two thirds of them vote that this guy, who, yeah, it's been a guy, is incapable of handling this all, but then they'd have to remove him from office. And see, Joe didn't want to go out like that, because they were ready to do it. This was a coup. So we'll see what happens as time goes on here, but, like I said, this is sleazy. It really is. But that's the way Democrat Party does business. Now this, in my, you gotta be kidding me. Many of you know, Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, came to the United States and spoke before Congress, joint session of Congress, and the, the, the Democrats embarrassed themselves, slapped Benjamin Netanyahu in the face, didn't show up, the Vice President, Kamala Harris, didn't show up for the address, slapped in the face, uh, she was, you know, campaigning in Indianapolis, Indiana, for heaven's sakes. So as is customary, when a nation's leader comes to the United States, there's all this pomp and circumstance. Usually there's a state dinner, but you know, they didn't do that this time. But anyway, he met with privately first. he meets, privately, and then the two come out, stand at their little podiums, and they talk about what they talked about, but they don't get into details and they don't get into confidential stuff. They had, the reason why. Their meeting was private is because they can openly talk, say what they want. But then when they go to the podium, you come out of there with a united front. That's the way these things go. That's protocol. So he met with Biden and he meets with Harris. She comes out of there when they stand up, you know, at the, at the podium. Benjamin Netanyahu is at one podium, she's on the other one. She comes out and details, you know, private stuff. You don't embarrass another country's leader like she did. I'm gonna read to you what she did. It's totally out of line. It says here, Harrison Netanyahu spoke for about 40 minutes. After they spoke, she called on Netanyahu to get a hostage and ceasefire deal done. Who the hell does she think she is? She's not the President of the United States, telling some other world leader what to do. So here's a quote, and this is a quote from her. It's time for this war to end in a way where Israel is secure, all the hostages are released, the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza ends, and the Palestinian people can exercise their right to freedom, dignity, and self determination, she said. What about Israel's right to dignity, self determination, And a right to freedom. Going back to the quote here, and as I just told Prime Minister Netanyahu, as I just told him, she should not have divulged that. She could see that in the closed door meeting. It could have it out. As I told Prime Minister Netanyahu, it is time to get this deal done. Let's get the deal done so we could get a ceasefire to end the war. Why didn't she call for the Palestinians and Hamas? To surrender that will end the war it will end it quickly So she says here back to her quote so we can get a ceasefire to end the war Let's bring the hostages home and let's provide much needed relief to the palestinian people now Let me stop there a second much needed relief to the palestinian people the same palestinian people Who approved of what happened? In the slaughter in Israel on October 7th, there were polls taken, reputable polls, like 75 percent of the people, the Palestinian people polled, supported what Hamas did on October 7th. Much needed relief to the Palestinian people. No, you deserve to be suffering. You support Hamas. You hate Israel. You hate Jews. So it says here, according to Axios, Netanyahu was upset by Vice President Kamala Harris's on camera comments. Yeah, he had a right to be. He had to be livid as she's saying this in front of the camera. What she was doing, folks, was placating. Kowtowing to the pro Palestinian, pro Hamas wing of her party by essentially blaming Israel for the suffering in Gaza, including mass casualties and creating a humanitarian crisis. You have got to be kidding me. Has this woman lost her mind? Does she know what happened? I understand what she was doing. Yeah, she was, like it says, she was kowtowing to the pro Hamas wing of her party. You don't do that. You don't do that in front of the prime minister of Israel or prime minister of any country. Read him the riot act. She just, you know, glosses over Israel. Yeah, you know, uh, uh, you know, the Israelis. And, and then it was all, you know, self determination, freedom for the Palestinians, you know. Oh yeah, free the hostages. They're not trying to free those hostages, the United States, and you've heard me say on this podcast previously, that's a violation of the Geneva Convention to use hostages to negotiate a ceasefire or an end to a war or something. You can't do it. It specifically states you cannot do that. Yet the United States is willing to allow hostages. Hamas to use hostages. That's why they took them. As a bargaining chip? No. Uh uh. Not today. Not tomorrow. Not ever. So we'll see what happens there. I thought Benjamin Netanyahu's speech was powerful. He exhibited leadership, courage under fire, guiding his country through this incident that, that, that Is second only to the Holocaust, in terms of the amount of Israelis killed, Jews. And I'm glad he slapped these mush minded idiots, walking around with these Palestinian flags, in support of Hamas. By the way, let me get this in, before I move on to the next thing. When Netanyahu was here, there was a pro Hamas demonstration in Washington, D. C. I marveled. At the way the left can quickly organize a demonstration. I've seen accounts of like 20, 000 people showed up. 20, 000 in the nation's capital. Sitting down with America. Pro Gaza. Pro Hamas. 20, 000. What were the counter protests? And I've gotten on you folks before about this. Where are we? I saw a lot of activity on social media, you know, criticizing what the demonstrators did, the property damage. That's not, that's not an effective counter to go on social media. There should have been, because we knew these protests were coming. This was not a surprise demonstration. Pardon me, I said protest. Slip of the tongue. And I've said this before too, and I know from experience. You want to ask, well what are you doing Clark? I've organized protests from our side on different issues. As president of Rise Up Wisconsin, the 501c4. Go to the website, riseupwisconsin. com I'm trying to raise money and it's been some heavy lifting. The left can raise money like it's, they just go and shake a money tree. And when I organize these protests, you know what I get from our side? Well we're busy. Well we got, you know, We're busy going about our lives. I'm tired of hearing that. You can't be too busy for this. You could do something. Okay, everybody couldn't go to Washington. You're gonna had one in support of Netanyahu in a very public square in your state or in your city. So these Nimrods, these pro Hamas anti Semites, were tearing down US flags on government property. Defacing at Union Square. I've been to Union Square a lot of times. I used to use the train system when I was living out in Arlington, Virginia. I've been to Union Square. I know where that Columbus statue is. And these people brazenly were defacing this property. Spray painting over it. Knowing they were being videotaped, they did not care. And you know what? There was no response from police. This American policing has collapsed in this country. There should have been the same energy to go after these clowns, even long after. They're still going after January 6th people. They're still arresting them. That's two years ago. Three years ago, I'm sorry. That's 2020 election. Almost four years ago, they're still arresting people. Using this high, you know, this, this technology, high tech stuff to identify people and arrest them and charge them and put them in prison. That won't happen here. The FBI won't do that. And that chump Christopher Wray, who was doubting that President Trump was actually shot? That SOB. I'd like to know that if one of his agents was shot at, and let's say it was a fragment, I'm not saying that. Because the FBI came out later and had to clean that up, you know, uh, clean up an aisle four and said, no, he was hit with a bullet. But I'd like to see if Christopher Ray had, let's say his agents were serving a search warrant and they got shot at, and let's say it was shrapnel. I'm not saying that. Would he say, well, it was only shrapnel. No, he'd say his agents were shot and he'd be right in saying so. I can't believe that clown said that before Congress. It is testimony. I don't trust them to do this investigation. Ladies and gentlemen, I do not trust the FBI famous, but incompetent. That's what those letters stand for to me. So, you know, just no, no response, no legitimate. Yeah. I know there was something where some cops ran in and grabbed the flag, you know, as it was burning or keep it from being burned and yeah, that's all neat stuff, but you know what tear gas should have been fired that crowd should have been dispersed Tear gas, rubber bullets, baton strikes, clear them out of there. Once they start defacing government property, that's political violence. All bets are off. But see, we don't have that kind of leadership in the metropolitan police, the, the, the DC police, the Capitol police. We don't have that. So, you know, here we sit wondering what's going to happen next. You know, I'm, I'm the Democrat convention is going to be in Chicago. Let's see if the police, they're back off. Because there's going to be a ton of demonstrators there, looking to wreak havoc. It's what they do, they're riot makers. Okay, and then, this story here from the You've Got To Be Kidding Me segment. Edition of the Straight Talk Podcast. Justice Department reaches two million dollars in settlements with FBI officials whose texts infuriated Trump. You may recall this, Peter Strzok, McCabe, Comey, You may recall how they were involved in election interference in 2016. Flat out, election interference. Using the power of government, using, weaponizing the Justice Department, the FBI, to delegitimize Trump's win. These are the people that were behind the dossier that they went to get, you know, search warrants to spy on a presidential campaign. So it says here, I mean, if you recall, Strzok was fired. He was fired over this. Using that dossier and these text messages were damning. Yeah, we got plan B, he'll never be president, we'll make sure of that. I mean, it's in text messages. That's not election interference? Of course it is. So anyway, he got fired. Lost his pension. So, when Biden gets elected, now the Justice Department changes, because that was under the old Justice, the Trump Justice Department. So, you know, Garland comes in, and they give him his pension back. I mean, if that isn't bad enough. But then this, then he turns around and he has the audacity to sue the government over the release of his text messages. His text messages were public record. He was engaged in the business of government with Page. Lisa Page. So it says here, the Justice Department has agreed to pay a total of 2 million to settle legal claims. Brought by former FBI counterintelligence agents Peter Strzok and former FBI attorney Lisa Page over the DOJ's release of text messages to Pair Exchange. The agreement ends a lawsuit Page brought, but does not fully resolve Strzok's separate suit, allowing him to continue to press his claim that he was fired in order to please then Donald Trump. No, he was not! And how they just cave to this guy, so he goes and he engages in unlawful behavior, election interference, stupid enough to leave a paper trail with text messages on a government phone. He's claiming a right to privacy, he doesn't have a right to privacy. It's public record. Trump can release that to whoever he wants to release it to. Just like Comey, remember when Comey released to his friend, uh, you know, some university? Before he went to the New York Times. Remember that? How about Trump's tax records? He does have a right to privacy. Those were leaked. So it says here on Friday, Strux lawyers announced his 1. 2 million agreement as attorneys for both sides notified a federal judge in Washington that the privacy focused portion of that dispute was resolved. It should not have been resolved. And if this judge has any integrity, whoever this is before, they would say, I'm not accepting that. Like the Hunter Biden. I'm not accepting this. That's public record. There's no right to privacy here. So it says here, this outcome is a critical step forward in addressing the government's unfair and highly politicized treatment of Pete, struck attorney Aylan Goldman said. As important as it is for him, it also vindicates the privacy interests of all government employees. You do not have a right to privacy as a government employee when you are doing government business. We will continue to litigate Pete's constitutional claim to ensure that in the future public servants are protected from adverse employment actions motivated by, motivated by partisan politics. This is a bunch of BS. What they were doing, exchanging those texts, they were engaging in partisan politics trying to help Hillary Clinton. And when they took that, that dossier, Remember that dossier. to a FISA court to get a search warrant to spy on the Trump campaign. They knew it was false. They knew it was fake and they used it as evidence. Everything about this Strzok guy is so slimy and he's coming out smelling like a rose. He gets his pension back and then he just got 1. 2 million dollars here. Page got 800, 000. Where do I sign up for this? I want some of this action. So this is Page who resigned amid the controversy. She had the decency to resign. Settled her own privacy act claim with the department on Friday. She got 800, 000. The documents state the U. S. government is not admitting or conceding legal liability. Well, why are they giving this bastard, these bastards, two million dollars? The evidence, here's a quote here, from Page's lawyer. The evidence was overwhelming that the release of text messages to the press in December of 2017 was for partisan political purposes, was against the law. I'm not, I'm not even gonna doubt that it was, that it was for partisan political purposes. So what? Everything in Washington is. Trump's tax records being released to the New York Times were, was for partisan political purposes. The raid on Mar a Lago was for partisan political purposes. Taking the Steele dossier to a FISA court and getting a search warrant to spy on a presidential campaign was for partisan political purposes. So then, you know, it goes on to say here Paige says she's been vindicated and blah blah blah, you know It's just I mean you're more from the article here Struck and Paige became the target of Trump's fury soon after the text became public. Of course, of course they did Showing the two officials disparaging Trump and his supporters the pair discussed efforts to stop Trump from becoming president And characterize aspects of their work as an insurance policy. They were engaging in election interference. Strzok and Page have denied those allegations. What do you mean? You got the text messages to prove it. I have lost all faith in our government right now. All of it. All of it. I'm sick of our government. And as the Declaration of Independence points out, I'll read right from, from the document. I'm That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that's us. That what, here's the part I want to get to here. That whatever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter, or to abolish it, and to institute new government laying its foundations on such principles, and organizing these powers in such form, As to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness. Write in the Declaration of Independence the right of the people to abolish it. Our government is not legitimate. It can't be trusted. We're subjects again. King George would be proud of what this, you know, and like Benjamin Franklin said when someone asked him after the Constitutional Convention, What have you given us? And he said, A republic if you can keep it. Well, guess what? We're, like, hanging by a thread from having lost it. A thread, ladies and gentlemen. And this crap, the way Kamala Harris has taken over the process, the process has been bastardized. I don't know what's gonna happen in November. You know, and I'm not gonna come with all of these platitudes and this hyperbole of the most important election of our lifetime. I like that saying that says, And I don't know who coined it, but it says if elections mattered, they'd be outlawed. That's where we're at in this country right now. If elections mattered, they'd be outlawed. So anyway, you know the one thing I was talking about that I didn't finish when I said I've tried to organize counter protests and counter rallies and you can't get anybody to show up. Well, I've got 20, 000 people that descend on Washington, D. C. Those people weren't all from Washington, D. C., but they found a way to get there. They'll find a way to get to Chicago. From all over the country. Us? We're always too busy. To which I say, put that crap down, whatever you're busy with, and head for the sound of shots. Head for the fire. Thanks for joining
